Chalet Ascensus holidays are provided by Xavier Baudusseau and Richard Hill of Chalet Ascensus, 195 Chemin des Torchets, 74300 Les Carroz D’Araches, France.
A deposit of 25% of the total cost of the holiday is payable on confirmation of booking. A booking does not become effective until payment of the deposit has been received by us.
The balance of the cost of the holiday must be paid at least 8 weeks prior to the commencement of the holiday. If payment is not made by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and to retain the deposit.
If for any reason you wish to cancel a booking you must send us written notice.
The following cancellation charges will be payable.
- More than 8 weeks prior to commencement : none
- Within 6 to 8 weeks prior to commencement: deposit
- Within 2 to 6 weeks prior to commencement : 50% of total cost
- Less than 2 weeks prior to commencement : total cost in full
In the event of any damage caused to the chalet, its contents or equipment by you or any member of your group, you will be liable for the cost of any damage (repair or replacement).
It is an express term of the agreement that each member of your group is covered by an adequate holiday insurance and we will not be liable for any loss normally covered by such a policy.
We undertake to maintain an appropriate contents and Public Liability Insurance.
Smoking is not permitted within Chalet Ascensus.
