Its proximity to Mont-Blanc means that the whole of the Grand Massif ski area benefits from the ‘fridge effect’ surrounding the highest mountain in Western Europe.
It is home to the longest and most scenic Blue piste in Europe – Les Cascades at 14km long; not to be missed!
There is a variety of terrain to keep everyone of all abilities happy and truly wonderful views of Mont-Blanc and surrounding mountain peaks.
We particularly love the wooded slopes above Les Carroz and the open bowl of its location holds snow well and offers superb skiing both on and off pistes. Skiing back to the village is assured.
We have to mention that there are so many more outdoor activities to enjoy too – hiking; snow shoeing; cross country skiing; sledging with dogs; ballooning and paragliding; ice skating and snow mobiling. We are happy to arrange any of these activities for you.
